What is your return policy for coffee beans?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Can I get my coffee beans ground for a specific brewing method?
Absolutely. You can select your preferred grind size—including Espresso, Aeropress, Stovetop, Filter, or French Press—on the product page before adding it to your cart.
Do you ship internationally or just within Australia?
Currently, we ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and select couriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
