At Rosso Coffee Melbourne, we take pride in the quality of our beans and equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a return or exchange process.

Return Process

    Email our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

    Wait for Approval

    Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our quality standards and provide you with a Return Authorization number.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Items

    Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging; please note that for food safety reasons, opened bags of coffee cannot be returned.

  • 4.
    Ship and Track

    Send your package back to our Melbourne roastery using a tracked shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or exchange.
